Step 1
Julienne the ginger and red chili. Mince the garlic and dice the green onions.

Mix together Koon Chun Plum Sauce, Bean Sauce, garlic, ginger, and red chili.

Step 3
Clean and rinse the crabs. Remove its gills, cut into pieces, slightly pound the claws, and place on a steam plate.

Step 4
Steam over high heat for 8 minutes. Take out the plate and remove the water.

Step 5
Spread mixed sauce over the crab. Drizzle the oil and steam again for 5 minutes.

Step 6
Sprinkle with diced green onions and ready to serve.
