Soak the clams into salt water for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Chop the garlic and red bird chilies. Dice the green onion.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, red bird chilies and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add clams and cook for 2 minutes. Add rice wine, cover with lid and cook until clams opened.

Step 5
Add butter and stir until melted. Sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve.
