Steamed Cabbage Shrimp Roll

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the steamer to 100°C. Finely dice the mushrooms.

Step 2
Steam the pumpkin in the steamer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3
Scoop out the pumpkin fresh. Add the chicken broth and blend with a blender until smooth. Set aside.

Step 4
Remove the stem of the cabbage and rinse it. Pick the leaves carefully. Freeze for 6 hours and let rest in room temperature. Set aside.

Step 5
Mince the shrimps. Add carrot, sea salt and black pepper.

Step 6
Place a cabbage leaf and a nori sheet on the cutting board. Spread a layer of shrimp mash. Roll it up.

Step 7
Place the shrimp roll into a steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes.

Step 8
In a pot, add some sesame oil, mushrooms and fry for 1 minute. Add pumpkin mash and cook until thicken. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate.

Step 9
Cut the shrimp roll into sections. Place on the pumpkin sauce. Sprinkle with green onion and white sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
