Steamed Bun with Duo Sweet Potatoes

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the sweet potatoes. Skin and chop into pieces. Steam for 20 minutes until soft. Press into mashed sweet potato separately. Mix well with butter and sugar.

Step 2
Sieve the tapioca flour. Add sugar and mix well. Add hot water bit by bit and mix well. Knead into dough.

Step 3
Divide the two fillings into 5 individually and roll into balls. Divide the dough into 10.

Step 4
Roll the dough into balls and slightly press. Each portion wrap a portion of fillings.

Step 5
Place the buns onto serving plate and steam for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
