Steamed Black Fungus and Vegetables Dumplings

Dumplings without any meat can be equally tasty! This black fungus vegetarian dumpling consists of a wide range of vegetables and bean products, as well as mustard green and dried mushrooms, delivering a rich texture and taste.

Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage, mustard green and dried tofu. Soak and finely chop the dried mushrooms, black fungus and vermicelli. Peel and finely chop the carrot. In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add dried mushrooms and sauté until fragrant.

Step 2
Add cabbage, mustard green, black fungus, carrot, dried tofu and stir-fry until softened.

Step 3
Add vermicelli and stir well. Season with light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and ground white pepper. Let cool and set aside.

Step 4
Place the filling in the middle of a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edge of the wrapper and fold the pleats on the edge. Repeat the steps for all the wrappers.

Step 5
Brush the plate with oil and place the dumplings on it. Steam on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Ready to serve.
