Steamed Abalone with Dried Orange Peel

Fresh abalones are easy to handle. Steam together with orange peel! A great dish to share with family.

Step 1
Soak the dried orange peel until soft and julienne. Julienne the green onion. Soak the vermicelli until soft and set aside.

Step 2
Scrub the fresh abalones and the shells. Remove the guts, rinse and drain. Slightly score the abalones.

Step 3
Place the vermicelli on the steam plate.

Step 4
Place abalones and dried orange peel on top. Steam for 5 minutes over medium high heat or until cooked.

Step 5
Sprinkle with green onions. Drizzle boiled oil and steamed fish soy sauce. Ready to serve.
