Grass carp belly500 g
Oil1 tbsp
Soy sauce2 tbsp
Ginger10 g
Green onion10 pc
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice spring onion and ginger into thin strips and cut some spring onion into section

Step 2
Place fish on top of spring onion section and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes until cooked

Step 3
In hot oil, add ginger and fry briefly

Step 4
Place ginger on top of fish, add spring onion and drizzle oil on top of spring onion

Step 5
Add soy sauce and serve hot
