Steam Dumpling with Crab Meat

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into section

Step 2
Add water just enough to cover the chicken feet, add ginger adn green onion and cook until chicken feet is falling apart

Step 3
Add the remaining seasoning and cook it for another 10 minutes

Step 4
Transfer only the liquid to a container and refrigerate overnight

Remove it from the container and cut the chicken jelly into small cubes

Combine pork and crab meat paste, add seasoning and mix together

Combine flour and potato starch. Add water to mix

Mix it until the dough is smooth

Divided the dough into 10g small balls

Use a rolling pin to roll the ball into a wrapper and set aside

Scoop a tablespoon of the filling and the chicken jelly

Then slowly fold the wrapper to form a dumpling

Layer a non-stick paper in the bamboo steamer

Place dumpling in the steamer and steam it for 7-8 minutes
