Do you always try the same filling on your dumplings, today let’s try cabbage, black pork with ginger to make easy and delicious dumpling filling. For mother's day, make your own dumplings for her ~

Step 1
To make the filling: fine chopped cabbage, add 1 tbsp salt to marinate cabbage until the vegetable release the water, and squeeze the water

Step 2
Put the pork, ginger, scallion, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and black pepper into the bowl, combine them well.

Step 3
Place the dumpling skin on your hand, and scoop a table spoon of filling on the center of skin, then dip some potato starch water on your finger, then sealing the edge of skin.

Step 4
Place the dumplings into the food steamer, bring the steam pot and turn on the high heat, when the water is boiling, put the food steamer on the top of steam pot and cover the lid for 15 mins.

Step 5
Combine all dipping sauce ingredients together, and serve with steam dumplings.
