Spring Chicken with Sticky Rice and Gingers

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, add seasoning with 5 g gingers (without basil) to mix well

Step 2
Rub the mixture onto the chicken skin

Step 3
In a sauté pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add 5 g gingers, Chinese cured meat, Chinese sausage, mushrooms and dried shrimps to sauté quickly until aromatic. Remove from heat

Mix up sticky rice with the cooked ingredients

Step 5
And stuff them into the chicken

Then seal up with a toothpick

Step 7
Cover the baking tray with a layer of tin foil

Step 8
bake it in an oven (preheated to 200 degree) for 40 minutes. Let cool naturally

Remove from oil to side-garnish the chicken. Ready to serve
