Spinach Tofu with Dried Fish and Crispy Scallop

Step 1
Soak the scallop until soft, shredded the scallop and pat dry on the kitchen paper

Step 2
In a pan, bring the water to boil and blanch the spinach for 30 seconds

Step 3
transfer to the ice bath, drain and squeeze off the water

Chopped the spinach into small pieces

Step 5
In a pan, heat up the amount of oil that can deep fry. Place the shredded scallop in the oil and deep fry until crispy as well as the dried fish, drain off the oil

Lay the tofu on the plate and put the spinach on the middle of the tofu

Step 7
Sprinkle the crispy scallop and fish. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil
