Spinach Pig Liver and Pork Soup

Spinach and pig liver are rich in iron while wolfberry is good for our eyes. This soup is surely a healthy choice for you.

Step 1
Cut the spinach into sections. Rinse and slice the pig liver. Soak and rinse the wolfberries.

Step 2
Marinate the pig liver with 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, ground white pepper, 1 tsp Chinese cooking wine, minced ginger and 1/4 tsp sesame oil for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Marinate the sliced pork with the remaining light soy sauce, sugar, Chinese cooking wine, corn starch and sesame oil for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Bring some water to boil. Add ginger, sliced pork, wolfberries and bring to boil again. Reduce to medium low heat for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Increase to medium heat. Add pig liver, spinach and bring to boil. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 6
Season with some salt and ready to serve.
