All-purpose flour350 g
Frozen Spinach100 g
Corn kernel100 g
Cheddar cheese5 slice
Butter5 tbsp
Egg1 pc
Milk250 ml
Baking powder2 tbsp
baking soda1 tsp
Salt5 g
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Drain and squeeze the spinach until dry

Step 2
In a mixer, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together

Step 3
Add the melted butter, egg, milk, spinach, corn and cheddar cheese

Step 4
Mix until it form into a batter

Step 5
Scoop the batter in the muffin cup

Step 6
Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake it for 30-35 minutes

Step 7
Insert the toothpick in the center, if it is comes out clean

Step 8
Ready to serve
