Spicy Tuna Roll

Tuna has always been one of the favorite seafood dishes among Japanese. Especially tuna sashimi, rated as the best sashimi. Tuna has “meaty” texture and high in nutrition values. It is a good source of protein with over 20% in content. And it contains rich variety of minerals, trace elements and vitamin b complex. Its nutritional value is far better than meat. And it tastes good too.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine the cooked sushi rice, sugar, salt and rice vinegar.

Step 2
Combine the mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, tabasco, ichimi togarashi and mirin to make the sauce.

Step 3
Thinly slice the tuna.

Step 4
Place the sushi nori on the bamboo sushi roller. Spread the cooked sushi rice on the sushi nori. Place the sliced tuna on top.

Step 5
Spread some sauce.

Step 6
Roll it tightly and slice into sections.
