Step 1
Rinse and drain the mustard green, cut into halves

Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves

Step 3
Chopped the roasted pork into small pieces

Step 4
In a pot, blanch the mustard green for about 1-2 minutes

Step 5
Drain and set aside

Step 6
In a same pot, combine garlic, dried chili, garlic and tomatoes

Step 7
Add mustard green and water. Bring it to boil, reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes

Step 8
Add the roasted pork and cook for another 40 minutes

Step 9
Add the seasoning and cook another 30 minutes and adjust the seasoning with your own preference of sourness and spiciness
