Taro300 g
Pork Bellies1 pkt
Vermicelli100 g
Chili sauce1 g
Shaoxing wine1 tbsp
Five-spices powder3 g
Ginger, minced1 tbsp
Sugar3 g
Salt3 g
Chinese cooking wine1 tbsp
Vegetable oil5 ml
Red chili pepper2 strip
Cilantro2 strip
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peeled and cut yam into small rounds

Step 2
Chop chilies and vermicelli

Step 3
Chop pork belly into small cubes

Step 4
mix with all remaining ingredients except for cilantro

Step 5
Place generous amount of pork mixture onto Yam

Step 6
Place yam into bamboo steamer and steam with high heat for about 40 minutes until yam is soft
