Strawberry puree300 ml
Green chili pepper1 pc
Lemon juice20 ml
Gelatin powder1 tsp
Sugar10 g
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Remove stems of strawberry and cut into four. Mash strawberries with two forks
Step 2
Dice green pepper into 0.5 cm cubes
Step 3
Sauté green pepper in a dry pot until fragrant using medium heat
Step 4
Add in mash strawberries, lemon juice and sugar
Step 5
Reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Stir in gelatin powder and mix well to combine
Step 6
Let cool and store in a glass jar
