Spicy Omnipork Mapo Tofu

Step 1
Chop the garlic and ginger. Cut tofu into pieces.

Step 2
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the tofu for 1-2 minutes, transfer to cold water to let cool.

Step 3
Heat the pan with some oil over medium heat, cook the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the pork and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4
Add the spicy bean sauce and Sichuan style chili sauce to mix well.

Step 5
Add tofu and water, then bring to boil. Finish with corn starch water and sesame oil to thicken the sauce. Ready to serve.
