Step 1
Mince the garlic and chop the red bird chili.
Step 2
Marinade the tips with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper for an hour.
Step 3
Dust the tips with corn starch and deep fry until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the garlic and red bird chili until fragrant.
Step 5
Reduce the heat to low, add the honey, light soy sauce, sugar and stir well.
Step 6
Add the chicken tips back and toss well.
Step 7
Sprinkle with sesame seed and ready to serve.
