Step 1
Peeled the lotus roots and rinse water through the hole

Step 2
Cut the lotus roots in slice and place in water

Slice the Chinese cured pork belly

Step 4
Cut the green onion into section

Slice the onion

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant

Add Sichuan pepper and dried chili pepper

Add the pork belly and cook for 3 minutes

Add the lotus roots and cook for another 5 minutes until its cooked

Add soy sauce and other seasoning and quick stir
