Soak the tea tree mushroom in water

Cut the green onions into 3-cm length pieces

Thinly slice the Chinese cured meats

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add tea tree mushrooms to cook for 3 minutes

In a saute pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add minced garlic, chili sauce, and oyster sauce, mix well

Add tea tree mushrooms and Chinese cured meats

Add 100ml water and bring to a boil

Season with chicken powder

Add carrots and green onions, saute thoroughly
