Spiced Salt-baked Tiger Prawns

This dish can be described as a not fail delicious banquet dishes, salted bake can lock the sweetness juice form the shrimp. Baked coarse salt can also help keep warm. With a variety of spices, so that shrimp provoke more flavor.

Step 1
Clean and devein the prawns

Step 2
Peel and cut the garlic into several pieces

Step 3
Cut the lemon into wedges

Step 4
In a pan on a medium heat, add the salt and cook until the salt is hot

Step 5
Add the black pepper corn, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, star anise, thyme, garlic and stir together

Step 6
Lay the prawns over the salt, add half of the lemon wedges

Step 7
Cover with the lid and cook it for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes or until the prawns is fully cooked

Step 8
Serve with the remaining lemon wedges. Ready to serve
