Spanish Tomato Gazpacho

“Passion never drop, love never die” this should be the hope of every couple. The Spanish tomato gazpacho do have the fire-scarlet colour, the sour-sweet flavour brings you the spanish passion.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash the prawns. Remove heads, shells and intestines

Step 2
Wash, deseed and dice one of the tomato.

Step 3
Wash and cut other 2 tomatoes into pieces. Deseed and cut red pepper into pieces. Wash and cut celery into pieces, onion into slices.

Step 4
Squeeze lemon juice.

Step 5
In a blender, coarsely blend the tomato, red bell pepper, celery and onion. Transfer the mixture to a deep container, add olive oil, garlic, salt, ground pepper and mix well. Sieve it and set aside.

Step 6
Heat a pan with water. Simmer the prawns and put aside.

Step 7
Place a small circular mould at the middle of the plate. Put tomato dices into the mould. Demould it after the shape is fixed.

Step 8
Put a cooked prawn on the tomato dices, and another prawn on top. Decorate with mint leave.
