Spanish tapas are not limited to hot dishes, but also appetizing salad as well. This refreshing salad is very delectable, with marinated fresh seafood and colourful vegetables.

Step 1
Rinse and pat dry the shrimps. Marinate the shrimps and small squids with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Dice the pickled cucumber, red onion, yellow and green bell pepper. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4. Set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on high heat, stir fry the seafood.

Step 4
In a large bowl, mix seafood with chopped ingredients.

Step 5
Add orange juice and olive oil. Toss to combine. Season with black pepper.

Step 6
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and ready to serve.
