Step 1
In a pot, bring the water to boil, add some salt. Cook the pasta until soft about 8-10 minutes

Step 2
Cut the mentaiko in half and use a spoon gently remove the roe and discard the membrane

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the mentaiko, mayo, olive oil, salt, pepper and whisk to combine

Step 4
In a pan, bring the heavy cream to simmer

Step 5
Turn off the heat and add the mentaiko sauce and mix well

Step 6
Toss in the spaghetti, add the butter and mix together

ansfer to the plate

Thin slice the shiso leaves
