Step 1
Preheat the oven at 170°C. Prepare the meat sauce. In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant

Add the ground beef, ground pork and cook until golden brown

Add the San Remo Bolognese and Mushroom Sauce, onion powder, red pepper flake, salt and black pepper

Reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside

In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the San Remo Spaghetti until al dente, drain and set aside

Toss the San Remo Spaghetti with parmesan cheese and egg

Spray the mold and add the spaghetti in the cups, slightly press it to form a nest

Place in the oven and bake it for 10-15 minutes until golden brown

Spoon the meat sauce over the spaghetti nest, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is golden brown
