Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Shred the carrot, and cut the black fungus in small pieces

Step 2
Bring the water to boil and blanch the soy bean for 1 minute, then add the carrot and black fungus and blanch for 2 minutes

Step 3
Drain and let cool

Step 4
In a bowl, combine soy bean, carrot, salt, salad oil, Chinese cooking wine and white pepper, mix well

Step 5
Place the rice in the pot, add water to cover the rice about 1cm above the level and cook it for 20 minutes

Step 6
When the rice is, add the soy bean and other vegetable

Step 7
Cover the lid and cook it another 15 minutes

Step 8
Ready to serve
