Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
mix the flour, starch and baking soda together, filter the mixture.

Step 2
add 200g warm water to the mixture and stir well, add table salt and egg. Knead it into a smooth dough.

Step 3
Put the dough in the proof box for 20 - 30 minutes, then knead it into small balls, flatten them out, cook them until done.

Step 4
Preheat the oven to 230 degree celsius with the baking tray inside.

Step 5
Slice the lamb fillet

Step 6
dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Step 7
mix the fillet with the seasonings, put into the fridge for at least 20 minutes.

Step 8
Spread out the fillet on the hot baking tray, put it in the top level of the oven, bake for 10 minutes and it is done.

Step 9
cut the lemon into four, core and slice the tomato, shreds the onion, deseed and slice the green pepper.

Step 10
Put the cooked fillet on the pita bread, with green pepper shreds, tomato slice. Spray the parsley dice, dip some yogurt then wrap it in a roll.
