Southeast Asian Chili Prawns

Step 1
Combine chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.

Step 2
Heat the pan over medium heat with oil. Add garlic, ginger, chilies, and curry leaves. Stir-fry until the garlic is lightly golden.

Step 3
Add in butter and once it’s melted, pour in the sauce mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 4
Add the prawns and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.

Step 5
Pour in the chicken broth and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 6
Add the egg, stir, and cook until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds.

Step 7
Serve immediately with baguette or naan.
