Sour Plum Drunken Chicken Wings

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel and slice the carrot and daikon into strips

Step 2
Stuff the carrot and daikon into the chicken wings

Step 3
Marinate the chicken wings with Swanson Concentrated Chicken Stock for 15 minutes

Step 4
In a pot, combine Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250mL, Chinese cooking wine and sour plums. Bring it to boil over high heat

Step 5
Then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cool

Step 6
In a pot, bring the water to boil, add the ginger, green onion and chicken wings. Cook the wings until is fully cooked

Step 7
Place the chicken wings in ice water to chill until completely cold

Step 8
Transfer the chicken wings to the chicken broth with Chinese cooking wine and sour plums and refrigerated for overnight
