Cut the asparagus into sections. Thin slice the sole fillets and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the sole fillets with salt and black pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil and add some salt. Add asparagus, blanch for 2 minutes and drain.

Step 4
Wrap the asparagus with sole fillet. Brush some corn starch at the closing to fix.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add the roll with the closing facing down and sear until fully cooked. Ready to serve.
