Thinly slice the beef

Marinate the beef for 15 minutes

In a mixing bowl, combine the 3 eggs. Beat well. Add chicken powder, sesame oil

Add chicken broth, and chopped green onions. Mix well

Add beef to saute until medium rare
Step 7
Add egg mixture. Saute until soft scrambled eggs are formed

Add back the beef
Step 9
Pour some sesame oil (1/2 teaspoon) on top for extra flavor
