Poke a hole on the eggs. Bring a pot of water to boil and add white vinegar.

Step 2
Add eggs and cook on low heat for 6 minutes.

Step 3
Remove from heat. Cover the lid and let it sit for 3 minutes.

Step 4
Take out the eggs. Place into ice water to cool down. Remove the egg shell.

Step 5
Combine water, light soy sauce and sugar until sugar melted.

Step 6
Add eggs and soak for at least 8 hours or overnight.
