Smoked Brats with Bell Pepper and Tomato Spaghetti

Step 1
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package direction. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
Slice the onion, green pepper, yellow pepper and button mushroom.

Step 3
Cut the tomato in pieces.

Step 4
Cut the Johnsonville smoked brats in bias.

Step 5
In a pan, melt the butter with some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic, onion until fragrant.

Step 6
Add the Johnsonville smoked brats and cook until golden brown.

Step 7
Add the mushroom, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, tomato and mix together.

Step 8
Add the chicken broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, spaghetti and toss well.

Step 9
Season with salt, black pepper.

Step 10
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Ready to serve.
