Step 1
Cut the baguette in half and slightly remove the center.

Step 2
Remove the seeds and dice the tomato.

Step 3
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Mash the avocado into paste and season with salt and black pepper. Add the diced tomato and mix together.

Step 4
Rinse and separate the lettuce leaves. Slice the cucumber and mushroom.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil and the beef, season with salt and black pepper. Cook the beef until cook and set aside.

Step 6
In the same pan, add the mushroom and sauté until golden brown.

Step 7
In a dry pan, slightly toast the baguette.

Step 8
Add the lettuce, beef, avocado mixture, cucumber, mushroom on the baguette and ready to serve.
