Singaporean Chili Crab

Chili Crab Sauce is sweet, sour and spicy. It is perfect for cooking Singaporean Chili Crab. Try it out!

Step 1
Julienne the onion, beat the egg, mince the garlic and cut the green onion into sections. Set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and clean the crab. Remove the top shell and cut into 6, legs into 2. Slightly pound the claws with a knife.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium high heat. Add ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add DayDayCook Chili Crab Sauce, ketchup and sugar.

Step 5
Add crab and stir well. Add water and bring to boil. Cover the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6
Remove the lid. Add egg wash and mix well. Add green onion and mix well.

Ready to serve
