Singapore Pepper Prawns

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean, remove intestines and legs from the prawns, then pad dry with Vinda Kitchen Towel.

Step 2
Place prawns and corn starch on top of Vinda Kitchen Towel, then shake softly until each one is coated with corn starch evenly.

Step 3
Heat oil in the pan. Fry prawns until medium well, then place it on top of Vinda Kitchen Towel to absorb oil.

Step 4
In another pan, toast grounded white and black pepper.

Step 5
Fry garlic, ginger and green onion in high heat, then add toasted black and white pepper.

Step 6
Add prawns to the wok, fry for 30 seconds, first add wine, then add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and diced green onion.

Step 7
Plate and use Vinda Kitchen Towel to clean the sides.
