Simple sauté sticky rice is a traditional Cantonese dish, which is very popular among Guang dong, Hong Kong and Macau in autumn and winter time. The traditional process of cooking this dish is very complicated as cook need to sauté the raw rice to done, which means it will need take a lot of time. So today restaurants usually use steamed rice to make this dish to save time and productivity, but it is not as delicious as before.
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Sticky rice, soaked in water over night

Step 2
Ingredient

Step 3
Chop all of the ingredients into small pieces

Step 4
Add chopped mushrooms, dried shrimps

Step 5
Add chinese sausages

Step 6
Remove from heat and set aside

Step 7
Add sticky rice and sauté thoroughly

Step 8
Add 1 tablespoon of the excess oil

Step 9
Add 1/2 cup of seasoning broth

Step 10
Add the previously sautéed ingredients
