Step 1
Wash and scratch the orange. Set orange peel aside. Juice the orange. Preheat the oven to 200℃.

Step 2
Beat butter and sugar.

Step 3
Add egg and mix well.

Step 4
Sift cake flour and baking powder into egg mixture. Mix well.

Step 5
Add orange juice and half of the orange peel. Mix well.

Step 6
Put the mixture into a piping bag. Pipe into the cup till 2/3 height, then bake at 200℃ for 12 minutes. Take out and let it cool.

Step 7
Beat the sweet cream and add it into a piping bag. Pipe it on the top of the cup cake. Sprinkle with some orange peel. Ready to serve.
