Sichuan Style Creamy Chicken Penne Pasta

Step 1
Remove chicken skin and cut into pieces.

Step 2
Finely chop the garlic.

Step 3
In a pot of boiling water, cook the penne pasta for 7 minutes.

Step 4
Heat the pan over medium heat, add 1 tsp of oil and sauté the oyster mushroom for 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and chicken and cook until fragrant.

Step 5
Add the Sichuan spicy sauce and mix well. Pour in chicken stock, cream and cook until simmer.

Step 6
Add the cooked penne pasta and toss gently in the sauce for 2 minutes. Ready to serve!
