Sichuan Spicy Stir-Fried Squid

Step 1
Cut potato and onion into small pieces. Cut green and red chili into slices and bias cut the green garlic.

Step 2
Heat the pan over medium heat with some oil, pan fry the green and red Sichuan pepper until fragrant. Add baby squid and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3
Add chili bean sauce, onion, potato, water and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4
Add in green and red chili and cook for another 2 minutes. Add garlic green, soy sauce and sprinkle some spring onion. Ready to serve!
