Sichuan Pepper Chicken with Pine Nuts

Step 1
Cut chicken thigh into small pieces. Cut green and red chili into rings. Crush the garlic and set aside.

Step 2
Heat the pan over medium heat with some oil, sear the chicken thigh until it begins to gain some colour. Add garlic, dried red chili, Sichuan pepper, Shaoxing wine and soy sauce. Cook for 15 minutes with the lid on.

Step 3
Add green chili, red chili, salt and pine nuts. Quickly toss it and ready to serve!
