Shrimp Paste Stuffed Mustard Green with Ham Broth

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
slightly use the side of the knife to smash the shrimp and chopped into a paste

Add the marinade seasoning and refrigerated for half an hour

Discard the ginger

Add the ham in the broth and add the egg white

Add some corn starch water to thicken. Pour the sauce over and serve
