Shrimp Egg Rice Noodles

Marinate the shrimps for 10 minutes

Saute the rice noodles for 4-5 minutes

Season with some saltand add hotbed chives and mix quickly

In the same pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil and minced garlic

Add shrimp to saute on high heat until half cooked

Next add chicken broth and bring to a boil

Once the broth is boiling, add a beaten egg and mix well

As the egg is half cooked, add green onions and the remaining hotbed chives

Last, add the thickening sauce and cook until the sauce is reduced to a nice smooth texture

Pour the shrimp and egg sauce on top of the rice noodles. Ready to serve
