Shrimp and Pineapple Fried Rice Box

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut pineapple, onion and carrot to pieces. Cut Chinese sausage to pieces. Mash the garlic.

Step 2
Marinate shrimp with cooking wine and cornstarch.

Step 3
Beat the egg and put it into hot pan to make egg wrap. Put aside for further use.

Step 4
Heat the pan with oil. Put in shrimp. Take it out after turning golden.

Step 5
Heat another pan with oil. Add mashed garlic, until flavor comes out, add Chinese sausage, onion and carrot. Stir-fry.

Step 6
Add rice, salt and soy sauce then stir-fry.

Step 7
Put in egg wrap, shrimp and pineapple. Stir-fry until all mixed and cooked.

Step 8
Blanch sliced pork belly. Mash green onion and garlic.

Step 9
Heat the pan with oil. Put in half of the green onion and all garlic. When you can smell the flavor, add chili sauce then turn off the heat.

Step 10
Put the blanched pork belly in pan and stir-fry. Turn off the heat again and put another half of green onion. Stir them well then take out.
