Shrimp and Cabbage Spaghetti with Shio Koji

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the cabbage into pieces and slice the carrot.

Step 2
Marinade the shrimp with shio koji, Chinese cooking wine and white pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the shrimp until it turns pink and set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the cabbage, carrot and cook until tender.

Step 6
Add the spaghetti, shrimp, shio koji, light soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper and toss well.

Step 7
Ready to serve.
