Shredded Chicken with White Sesame Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Julienne the cucumber and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the chicken thigh meat with ginger sauce and Chinese cooking wine for at least 2 hours.

Step 3
Steam the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Let cool and shred.

Step 4
Mix together sesame salad dressing, Japanese soy sauce, water and sesame oil.

Step 5
Toss well the chicken thigh meat, cucumber, jellyfish and sauce.

Step 6
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with white sesame and ready to serve.
