Glutinous rice flour95 g
Soft tofu100 g
Mirin1 g
Sugar80 g
Water120 ml
Potato starch thickener1 tbsp
Nori
Black sesame
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the glutinous rice flour and soft tofu.

Step 2
Divide into 6 balls and make into Shiba Inu shape.

Step 3
Cook for 4 minutes in boiling water.

Step 4
Cook the soy sauce, mirin, sugar and water for 4 minutes until boiled. Thicken with corn starch solution.

Step 5
Decorate the rice balls with sesame, nori and sauce into Shiba Inu. Ready to serve.
