Chop the Chinese cured ham and baby bok choy.

Step 2
Rinse the rice and pour into the rice cooker. Add chicken broth and start cooking.

In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger and sauté until fragrant. Add Chinese cured ham and sauté until fragrant. Add baby bok choy and stir well.

Step 4
When the rice is ready, add Chinese cured ham, baby bok choy, olive oil and mix well. Ready to serve.
