Step 1
Slice the beef. Cut the green onion in section. Peel and cut the tomato and potato into pieces. Cut the onion into pieces. Rip the cabbage into pieces. Slice the sausage.

Step 2
Blanch the beef. Set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, heat half butter and some olive oil on high heat. Saute the onion and green onion. Add potato, beef and sausage. Add ketchup and water.

Step 4
When it is boil add the cabbage. Then Season with Shaoxing cooking wine, black pepper and salt.Switch to medium heat and cook it for 30 minutes.Then add the tomatoes for 15 minutes.

Step 5
In a pan, saute remaining butter and flour. Add them into the soup. Mix well.

Step 6
Season the soup with salt, black pepper and sugar. Ready to serve.
